(1) Keep the air filter clean

Driver maintenance air filter should do the following: every 100h check, clean 1 time air filter element, every 500h replacement of 1 time air filter element; maintenance, can not be used to impact or knocking vibration method of cleaning filter element, available compressed air, pressure water or detergent cleaning; in the filter element into the filter housing before, to ensure that the filter element after cleaning has been completely dry.

(2) Regular maintenance of fuel system

        If the fuel filtration effect is poor, diesel fuel in the debris into the injection pump, easy to accelerate the wear and tear of precision parts, so that the engine power down, fuel consumption increased. If the moisture in the fuel, gum into the cylinder, will make the combustible mixture of poor combustion, resulting in reduced engine power, increased fuel consumption. Therefore, we must regularly replace the fuel coarse and fine filter element, often check whether the fuel pump and injector leakage or damage. (3) Regular oil replacement Failure to change the oil according to the specified time or improper selection of oil will increase the wear and tear of the engine parts, the performance and life of the engine adversely affects the engine, resulting in increased engine oil consumption. For this reason, should be in strict accordance with the provisions of the manual, the same series, grade and viscosity of the same oil, and according to the provisions of the manual for regular oil replacement.

(4) Do other maintenance

       Properly adjust the track tension, timely clean up the walking device on the soil, can reduce the walking resistance, reduce walking oil consumption. In addition, try to keep the hydraulic oil radiator, water radiator clean, the hydraulic oil, coolant temperature within a reasonable range, is conducive to improve operational efficiency, reduce fuel consumption.
