1.orientation

Before the upper board car, first understand the whole vehicle width after the contraction of the rig track, determine the width of the flatbed car and the position of the ladder, you can know the position of the rig track should be corresponding to the ladder.

2.Pallet car

The cart should be parked in a spacious field or on a straight road to reserve a space for the drilling rig to walk and position, but also to prevent the need to turn when getting on the cart. The parking position of the pallet car should be flat, and the tilt of the pallet car will cause the rig to slide to the lower side when driving on the pallet car

3.Crawling ladder

Understand the length of the ladder, the longer the length of the ladder, the slope will slow down. If the ladder is too short, you can choose a better terrain to make up for it, or you can put a block of sleepers under the front end of the ladder to slow down the slope of the ladder.

4.Controls

After the track and ladder are in a good position, the operation can ensure the position of the vehicle as long as it pays attention to the position of one side of the track, the operation mode of small flow and continuous driving should be used when loading the board car, and the center of gravity should be shifted back by changing the amplitude, which can effectively prevent the track from slipping, and the driving situation of the left and right track should be monitored from time to time. When the balance point is reached, the flow rate should be reduced at a low speed and continue to drive, so that the rig can slowly move over the balance point. It fell slowly onto the cart.

5.Drop car

It is relatively easy to get off the board, the board is parked on a hard flat road, the small flow rate is low speed and the straight line continues to drive, the amplitude of the change is raised to let the center of gravity shift back, and the flow is slightly reduced to the balance point, so that the rig slowly falls on the ladder.
