4.Grinding type: The use of rock drill and shaft drilling, with mechanical lock drill pipe drilling to calculate the single compressive strength of the rock, strength from a few mpa to tens of mpa, usually for the rock end bearing pile, through the barrel drilling ring grinding into the rock, or through the shaft drilling grinding drilling, while according to the type of rock, strength, brittleness and cracks do not rule out the possibility of crushing.
Operation tips of 15 rotary drilling RIGS:
1, the use of the rig site, should be according to the drill instructions to clear the hole and the surrounding stones and other obstacles.
2. The working site should be within 200m from the power transformer or the power supply main line, and the voltage should not exceed 10% of the rated voltage when starting.
3, the motor and control box should have a good grounding device.
4, before installation, should check and confirm that the drill pipe and the components are not deformed; After installation, the center line of the drill pipe and the power head allows a deflection of 1% of the total length.
5. After installation, the frequency of the power supply should be the same as the pointer on the frequency conversion switch in the control box, and the frequency conversion switch should be used to convert the power supply.
6, the rig should be placed smoothly and firmly, the automobile rig should be set up the legs, the tire should be supported, and the tappet should be adjusted by automatic fine-tuning or line hammer to keep it vertical.
7, before starting, the operating lever should be placed in the neutral position. After starting, should be empty running test, check the instrument, temperature, sound, brake and other normal work, before operation.
8. When drilling, the drill pipe should be slowly lowered first, so that the drill bit is aligned with the hole position, and the ammeter pointer can be drilled when it is inclined to the no-load state. In the drilling process, when the ammeter exceeds the rated current, the drilling speed should be slowed down.
9, drilling stuck, should immediately cut off the power supply, stop drilling. It shall not be forcibly started until the cause is ascertained.
10, in the operation, when it is necessary to change the direction of the drill pipe rotation, it should be carried out after the drill pipe is completely stopped.
11. When the power is cut off, each controller should be placed in zero position, cut off the power supply, and pull out all the drill pipe from the hole in time, so that the drill bit touches the ground.
12, when the rig is running, the cable should be prevented from being entangled in the drill pipe, and there must be special care.
13. When drilling, it is strictly prohibited to remove the soil on the spiral sheet by hand. When it is found that the drum screw is loose, it should be stopped immediately, and the operation can continue after tightening.
14. After operation, the drill pipe and drill bit should be lifted to the outside of the hole, the mud on the drill pipe and spiral blade should be removed first, and the drill bit should be pressed to contact the ground, all parts should be braking, the joystick should be placed in neutral position, and the power supply should be cut off.
15. When the bit wear reaches 20mm, it should be replaced.
